Made Fresh Daily
Almost every dish that we serve is prepared daily in our kitchens. Our ‘master-shawarma builders’ prepare both steak and chicken shawarma, seasoned with our own blend of spices, layer by layer every day, seven days a week.
All of our Mediterranean salads and appetizers are made twice daily so that dinner is just as fresh as lunch! Our menu is low in sodium and when salt is incorporated in a recipe we use Himalayan salt only. We offer many Vegan and Vegetarian friendly options in our menu. Many items are also gluten-free and dairy-free.
