Made Fresh Daily
Almost every dish that we serve is prepared daily in our kitchens. Our ‘master-shawarma builders’ prepare both the steak and chicken, seasoned with our own blend of spices, layer by layer every day, seven days a week.
All of our salads and appetizers are made twice daily so that dinner is just as fresh as lunch! Our menu is low-sodium and when salt is incorporated in a recipe we use Himalayan salt only.
